Pimples on face and scalp 
Big pimples appear regularly on face and scalp, whenever i consume spicy or oily food. The pimples become big filled with white pus like fluid and break after few days leaving dark marks on the face. Please help me whith this issue.

Hello, Due to hormonal imbalances there may be electrolyte imbalances, and due to which there may be acne vulgaris or acne like bumps with pus filled acne may appear over back, scalp, and on face. These acne occur due to blockage of secretions for from the skin glands and gets infected. Due to excess heat in the body there may be chances of aggravation of pimples and due unhygienic conditions, anxiety, stress etc are the factors. One should not plucking or manipulating the pimples with finger nails is not indicated. Herbal scrubbers are useful. Try to consume liquids and juices that contain antioxidants. Avoid oily foods, spicy foods, deep fried items and reduce mental strain and stress, anxiety. Suggested medications: Divya Mahamanjishtarishtam, Aloe vera Juice, You can use himalaya neem face wash or other herbal face wash for washing your face, and you can use Acne-n-pimple-cream.
