Please help me to understand Fibroid in uterus(Subserous)

I am 21 and unmarried. Recently I've felt a abdomen pain. I went to the doctor and did a Ultrasonography in my uterus. To see the report doctor say it is a tumor of the uterus. Then I went to another doctor then she said it is not a tumor yet but it will be a tumor if I don't any treatment for it right now.Now I really confused actually What is meant by Fibroid Uterus (Subserous)? Can anybody tell me which is right?
