Please suggest for Weight gain measures this question feed

Swamiji ko dhok, mera nam Dharamveer Singh hai or me jaipur Rajasthan ka rahane wala hu,swamiji aap patle hone or vajan kam karne ke to bahut upay batate hai,lekin kabhi bhi mote hone ke liye nahi batate. Meri umar 28 sal hai or mera vajan 50 kg. ke laghbhag hai,me apna vajan badhakar 60 kg. karna chahta hai or thoda mota hone chahta hu, kripaya uchit margdarshan deve.

Weight gaining is very easier task which has to be followed regularly and maintained regularly.

Follow regular intervals of consuming foods and should be chewed properly and do not talk while consuming food. After ruling out all illnesses in your body, one should plan for perfect diet and exercises which will enhance digestion and absorption, and assimilation.

Consume plenty of vegetables, green leafy vegetables, legumes which are essential for weight gain. Exercising is very important and consume food that easily digestible.
