hello sir,
I am 24 years old,height 5'.8",weight 63kg. I have been doing workouts in the gym since last 2 years.
I am not growing further since last 1 year. Neither my weight nor the volume is increasing at all.
My stamina is not good at all. I become energyless very soon while doing the workouts. Even i am unable to run longer.If i am doing running in the morning a bit ,unable to do anything in the gym in the evening.
My bones(bone power)or joints are not strong. This is really a concern for me.
I accept my diet is not the best but not that bad either.
Sir kindly suggest me some product that will help me in increasing MY WEIGHT TO 70,increase the INTERNAL POWER,STAMINA,STRENGTH IN GYM & BETTER ATHELETIC PERFORMANCE.
I can take multiple products suggested by you.I will be very thankful to your suggestion and tips.
