Postnatal weight loss medication

Hello Doctor,
I'm 31yr old mother of 1yr old boy i've stopped lactating 3months ago, i want to loose my postnatal weight as well again my earlier figure,i do not get time for walks or exercise with my little one around. At present i'm 12kgs excess from my earlier weight. i want to use Ratan's Oberid capsules for weight loss along with Ratan's Sudol body shape toner capsules, please let me know if they are safe ? and can i consume both the medicines at once ? if so whats the proper course duration and what kind of diet should i maintain while on the course ?. also please suggest medication which you think are better for my concerns.
