Pre mature ejacuation

There are many factors affecting sexual life among those the most common one is premature ejaculation. It is mainly due to anxiety and stress, more often it is due to irregular food habits, disturbed lifestyle, improper maintenance of husband-wife relationship or partner-relationship.

Initially one should realize the fact that it is not considered as a disease and one can get out of this problem with proper care before affecting the psychological factors of an individual.

By following certain steps and with the help of alternative therapies, premature ejaculation can be managed well.

The man ejaculates before he or his partner would like (prematurely). This may range from before penetration to a point just after penetration. There are many female factors also involved for the same complaint.

Researches showed that there are many techniques to overcome this problem. The most useful technique is foreplay, another one is practice and relaxation method. Stopping and triggering stimulations in intervals until the man wants to ejaculate. This is also called “stop and start method.”

In Ayurveda it is associated with Apana Vata Vikrti, for which one should have proper control on mind is very important.

There are few Yogasanas and pranayama like doing sarvagasanam, matsyasanam, Among yogasanas:

Sharvangasana and matsyasana can be done apart from that kapalbhati pranayama should be performed regularly.(these asanas to be done under supervision for beginners)
