Hello Jignesh First of all I assume that you are not having any other particular disease than your over weight since you havnt mentioned anything else. 1. Your yoga session should begin with a short meditation,ie,calming mind and body sitting in a comfortable position for a few minutes. 2. Next is the warm up session in which heart rate will increase. For that you can do either warm up exercises or surya namaskar(sun salutation) 2 or 3 times. Rest a few minutes after this. 3. Stimulation of internal organs (a)Liver-the detoxifier and cleanser.It processes fat, store energy and make coenzyme Q10 that power muscles.For optimum functioning of liver the best asanas(yoga postures)are back bends like -Bhujangasana(cobra pose) -Dhanurasan(bow pose) -Matsyendrasana(spinal twist) -Chakrasana(wheel pose)

(b)Nervous System -Viparita karani(leg up the wall) -Paschimottanasana)seated forward bend) -Savasana(corpse pose)

(c)Thyroid gland -Sarvangasana(shoulder stand) -Matsyasana(fish pose)

(d)pH balance -paschimottanasana -janusirasana

(e)body strenghtening asanas -Bakasana(crane) -tolasana(scale pose) -Chaturangasana(plank)

(f)Cleansing the colon Disease begins in the gut.So cleanse the intestine first either by ayurvedic medicines like gandharvahasta eranda thaila 15ml bedtime with luke warm water or yoga postures,mudras and bandhas.Some are -utksepa mudra -agnisara mudra -nauli kriya. all should be practised in an empty stomach.

If you are a beginner in yoga dont go for difficult asanas. Do strecth outs first and make body flexible for asanas.Verbal explanation of doing procedure is not enough to perform asanas. So you have to watch video presentations carefully to perform asanas.

Obesity is a metabolic disorder. So diet is equally important.Consume foods less in fat sugar and salt. If any details needed you can ask again. regards.
