hello sir ihad gestational diabetes in 8th in my first pregnancy which was controlled by the diet only no medicines.now i m planning for the second baby is it necessary that i will get the same complication again in my second pregnancy im 32yrs old and my first born is 2and half yrs old without any problem her weight was 2.8kg.i dont want the same complication again in my second pregnancy,i need detailed suggestion regarding wt food,pranayam and yog should i follow to prevent this complication.i m taking triphla churna can i continue this during the pregnancy also is it safe.pls give detailed information.thank u
