Premature edaculation

Premature ejaculation is a common disorder in middle age group, this may occur due to many factors. This is mostly of anxiety related. Systemic reasons may be very less. Guilt and other psychological factors may also be involved. The condition usually improves with the combined therapies.

The man ejaculates before he or his partner would like (prematurely). This may range from before penetration to a point just after penetration, this may cause dissatisfaction among the couples.

• Exercise regularly.
• If there is stress related complaints, you need to overcome those also by practicing Yoga and Meditation to overcome mental exertion and to cope up with stress.
• Maintaining healthy lifestyle is very important in order to overcome the problem.
• Massaging the body with a herbal oil which gives a relief from physical exertion and also acts as aphrodisiac.
• Consuming herbal preparations to rejuvenate the reproductive organs may help.
• Sleep at least for 8 hours a day.
• Avoiding the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, heroin if there is a habit.

Among yogasanas, Sharvangasana and matsyasana can be done apart from that kapalbhati pranayama should be performed regularly.( these asanas to be done under supervision for beginners)
