Premature Ejaculation

Though there is no permanent medicine or solution for premature ejaculation, there are many ways to control premature ejaculation. Since premature ejaculation is a common disorder in middle age group, and mostly of anxiety related. Systemic reasons may be very less. Guilt and other psychological factors may also be involved. The condition usually improves with the combined therapies. The man ejaculates before he or his partner would like (prematurely). This may range from before penetration to a point just after penetration, this may cause dissatisfaction among the couples. Hence, you have to follow some tips and control your mind and anxiety related problems.

Following tips may help for your condition,

• Exercise regularly. Maintaining healthy lifestyle is very important in order to overcome the problem.
• If there is stress related complaints, you need to overcome those also by practicing Yoga and Meditation to overcome mental exertion and to cope up with stress.
• Massaging the body with a herbal oil which gives a relief from physical exertion and also acts as aphrodisiac.
• Consuming herbal preparations to rejuvenate the reproductive organs may help.
• Sleep at least for 8 hours a day.
• Avoiding the consumption of alcohol, tobacco, if you have this practice.

Practice and relaxation should help you deal with this problem. Stop the stimulation for about 30 seconds and then start it again. Repeat this pattern until the man wants to ejaculate. The last time continue stimulation until the man reaches orgasm, this technique is also called as “stop and start method.”
