Psoriasis, mild asthma, joint and muscle pain 
I have been on psoriasis pack for 2 month. Only a little improvement. I have been taking maha Yograj and kaishorguggul for same length. No improvement in joint pain. Iron level is down after starting all this meds.. Recently diagnosed with mild asthma. Can a doctor suggest better Ayurvedic treatment for three diseases and increasing blood iron level?

Hello, Depends on intensity of the psoriasis, the treatment and medicines do vary, apart from this, you have joint pains, and mild asthma, this can be controlled with combined medicines. Along with medications, you need to follow proper diet, and avoid stress if you have by practicing yoga and pranayama. It is better if you consume medications for long term along with proper diet. However, psoriasis can be controlled gradually. Vegetables are very useful and avoid spicy foods, oily foods, curds, sour things, etc. Take 15-20 sesame seeds in water stored in copper glass for overnight and consume in early in the morning in empty stomach. Wash psoriatic lesions with soap nut water. Prepare a fresh glass of buttermilk from curd and drink 2-3 times a day. Medications: Psoriasis Medicine Package can be continued along with and Vasavaleha for asthma. Along with, you can consume Yogaraja guggulu.
