Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-
After attaining puberty, development of breasts takes place in full-fledged form and after which during the stages of menstruation, or during pregnancy, or even after delivery of a baby the form of breasts do changes as you may aware and apart from this breasts are contain glands, fatty tissues and fibrous tissues and depending on the density or distribution of fatty tissues and fibrous tissues, there may be difference in sizes of breast and if it is so, there are some treatments which can be done in Panchakarma or ayurvedic Panchakarma techniques, like powdered massage and there are some internal medicines to manage tonicity of breasts and to maintain shape, size and firmness of breasts. However, you need to practice yoga and pranayama and even aerobics which is very helpful for your condition.
As breasts are sensitive organs and secondary sexual organs, one should be careful while going for any kind of treatments, however, the treatment which is suggested in ayurveda is udwarthana or powdered massage which is safe and in naturopathy, mud therapy is also indicated.

There are many reasons that effect low production of milk.Hormonal balance ,genetic factors,taking birth control pills,hypothyroidism,too much time between the feeds that is low consumption of milk leads to low production of milk.If you have trouble feeding baby because of inverted nipples you can use nipple sheild for some time.For increasing milk production take liquid diet more,also dont keep too..
