Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-
After attaining puberty, development of breasts takes place in full-fledged form and after which during the stages of menstruation, or during pregnancy, or even after delivery of a baby the form of breasts do changes as you may aware and apart from this breasts are contain glands, fatty tissues and fibrous tissues and depending on the density or distribution of fatty tissues and fibrous tissues, there may be difference in sizes of breast and if it is so, there are some treatments which can be done in Panchakarma or ayurvedic Panchakarma techniques, like powdered massage and there are some internal medicines to manage tonicity of breasts and to maintain shape, size and firmness of breasts. However, you need to practice yoga and pranayama and even aerobics which is very helpful for your condition.
As breasts are sensitive organs and secondary sexual organs, one should be careful while going for any kind of treatments, however, the treatment which is suggested in ayurveda is udwarthana or powdered massage which is safe and in naturopathy, mud therapy is also indicated.
Following medicines are helpful such as Divya Medohar Vati, Kanchanar Guggulu these are the medicines which you can consume internally.

Thank you so much for writing to us. Fibrocystic breast is a condition affecting around 80 out of 100 women and is a matter of concern. Surgery is never a solution for cyst. Because, it can reccur again and that will worsen the condition. We should try to make sure that we don't get those factors which will aggrevate the development of cyst.
