Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Breast cancer is treated based on the stage, symptoms and overall health of the person. So treatments like chemotherapy, radiation and surgery are usually advised to treat breast cancer. I shall suggest you some basic medicines which can be taken even during the treatments to overcome the side-effects.

Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food, Kanchanar guggulu -2 tablets before food twice daily, Vriddhivaadhika Vati - one tablet twice daily and Ashwagandha capsules can be taken for 3months and reviewed.

Include soups, cinnamon, bottle gourd, horse gram, turmeric, raisins, gooseberry, cinnamon and pepper. Reduce excess refined flour, sweet, salt, canned foods and fried foods. Practising Pranayamam, meditation and yogasanas will be supportive if someone can assist and it will help to reduce the stress. Please follow the advise of your treating physician.
