Acne or pimples do occur after attaining puberty due to hormonal changes. Apart from this, due to improper maintenance of hygiene, and inadequate supply of nutrition, and electrolyte imbalance pimples.

Other causes like prolonged exposure to the pollution, and stress and anxiety. Acne also occurs over the back called as acne vulgaris.

In ayurveda, we believe that due to excess heat in the body may also lead to the same complaint and also called as “Yavana pidaka.”

Ayurveda and siddha medicines are very helpful to control acne complaint. Due to above mentioned factors, and due to hormonal imbalance, due to blockage of secretions of skin glands lead to formation of acne or pimples over the face or back.

Hence we suggest to avoid the causes like prolonged exposure to the dust and pollution, and try to consume plenty of juices and liquids in order to avoid dehydration and maintain electrolyte balance.

Internal usage of medicine is also very important to cure the acne or pimples like using herbal juices like Aloevera juice and Amla juice regularly.

One has to avoid oily foods and spicy foods in excess. In order to avoid stress and anxiety, you can do yoga and pranayama regularly. One has to avoid chemical applications over the skin.

To maintain hygiene you can wash your face with Himalaya neem face wash, and you can use Acne-n-pimple-cream regularly for avoiding pimples.

Divya Mahamanjishtarishtam and Kadhirarishtam For you Acne and Pimples are very useful for internal usage along with above medicines.

Siddha medicine like “sangu parpam” is good to add with the above mentioned decoctions.
