Regarding Pimples

Respected Sir,
i have problem of pimples on my face. earlier i used natural things like natural mint,rose leaves,cucumber directly on my face as it comes in magazines but someone told me if we use it in a natural forn then it will destroy the skin pH. An ayurvedic doctor in kaya kalp situated in Palampur recommended me this. im so tensed bcz my face skin didnt match with my body color,it has bcum dark if i compare it with my other body parts.Is it true that use of natural things will destroy the pH. i use to drink plenty of water,drink juice of citrus fruits but it wont work. Can i take butter an hour after taking kaya kalp vati. i ate these medicines for 2 months alongwith khadirarisht and arogyavardhini.it wrkd but when i discontinue its use again it cms back.kantilep makes the skin dry.Can i use aloe gel after it?Please tell me as soon as possible.im 28 years old.
