Regarding proper speech

we stay in us. my son is 4 yrs.his speech is little unclear and he stammers sometimes and has some pronounciation errors like 'tha' instead of 'ta'. i have been using the below listed medicines by a doctor in india for one month. he is also having little vision problem,he recently got spects. i want to know if the medicines below are fine or do we need to change? giloy sat 10 gm Raupya bhasma 1 gm Moti Pishti 4 gm Prawal Pishti 10 gm Saraswata Risht 450 ml Aamlki Rasayan 100 grams Divya Medha Vati 40 gm
