Renal problem after kidney stone removal

I am S K Sinha(62 yrs/Male) from kolkata. I have a operation(Laparoscopic left nephrolithotomy with pyeloplasty) for removal of left sided renal stone on 26/03/2007. Presently as on 13/11/2010 my blood urea-106, creatinine-6, haemoglobin-6.9, sugar pp-92. Urologist diagnosis report "CKD Left partial PUJ Obstruction". Suggested to take Martifur 100 mg tablet daily. I have been asked contact nephrologist who has adviced to take 20gm protien, diabetic diet, 2g salt, 500 ml fluids, low potassium diet and to continue Asomex 5, prazopress xl 2.5, 5, dyator 10, clopitab 75, atrofit 10 & a injection named Epotrust 2000v s/c 3/wk for increase of haemoglobin.
But Dr's could not make the final diagonsis and reason for such detoriation of health.
Kindly advice and suggest me in Ayurvedic Treatment.
