Hello, Acne scars occur usually due to improper hygiene maintenance and using nails to pluck the pimples. Due to infection when there is a blockage of secretions for the skin glands there may be scars associated with acne and healed scars should be treated accordingly. Since it is long term problem in you, you should get treated internal and externally with the help of alternative therapies and complimentary medicines. One should regularize food habits, and life style and avoid road side medicines. Try to consume plenty of liquids such as warm water, butter milk, fruit juices, vegetable juices. Maintain proper timings of food intake. Consume any herbal juices like Amla and Aloe vera Juice Reduce mental strain and stress, anxiety if you have. You can practice regular Yogasanas and pranayama.
