Sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL)

My son, Arnav has been suffering for hearing loss. Doctor has recommended hearing aid on both ears. His hearing loss is about 25%. The problem is in his inner ear (Sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL)).He is 7 yrs old Please advise the available treatment (Yoga and/or Ayurvedic Medicine). Also, please let me know whether it's safe to start the medication without consultation of a Ayurvedic professional doctor.
