Hello, there is no harm in taking shilajit and aswhagandha for life time as they ar rasayanas or rejuvinators, so you can take those regularly. for long term usage, dosage should be minimum like if you are using in capsule form, it should be once per day. with regards, Dr.Vijay. posted by ayurvijay on 2 April 2010 16:32
