Shoulder pain 
i am having a shoulder pain since 1 month.Not ableto sleep on that side. Kindly suggest some message oil for the relief of pain

Hello, Shoulder pain may occur due to many reasons, recollect that if you have met with any injury or trauma, and basically due to some illnesses such as diabetes, or hypertension, there may be chances of shoulder pain and the reason would be mild inflammation of joint with synovial fluid. After analysing the factors you may use medications. However, you can go for particular tests and see if there is any underlying factors, and appropriate treatment can be given. In ayurveda, there are certain medicines for preventing joint pain, that is shoulder pain, medicines such as Baidyanath Prasarini Tail is very effective medicine for application and if the condition is frozen shoulder, this medicine is very useful, even Baidyanath Mahavishgarbha Tel is also effective. For internal usage, you can consume Maha Yograj Guggulu an effective medicine for treating this illness. Consuming Ashwagandha Churna is also an important medicine for you complaint.
