Sinus congestion and eosonophil count  this question feed

It was since 10 years i had a sinus congestion lung.i grew very obese and i faced problem passing stools smoothly.i could not get good sleep and hunger.i exercised but lasted in excessive fatigue.there was less sensation on my body and could not grasp and remember lessons at was diagonsed by an ayurvedic doctor who told me to check for eosonophil count in blood and told that all phlegm has dried up in sinuses resulting in poor oxygen to body and brain.he started with the treatment,also saying that all pressure from poor digestion resulted in phlegm accumulated in excess at ur sinuses.he used to give me two medicines before food for which lot of hunger was created.also after food he gave me two tablets.once in a day he asked me to eat zandu chitrakharitaki avaleha and drink milk along with putting 5 drops of orange ayurvedic drops into nostrils,lying down.all white phlegm came out everyday with decreased pressure in head by the process.i felt new and my vision and sight improved. by a month i was perfectly getting alright.unfortunately i met with an accident and discontinued the treatment.Could u please tell me the medicines with which cleaned up my sinuses and all ears and throat off phlegm along which created hungerness?still some phlegm is left out and sleep disturbance along with fatigue is is out of reach.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello, Sinusitis refers to the infection of sinus which causes the accumulation of mucus with in the free spaces in skull bone, thus causing the feeling of heaviness in head, frequent cold and cough and pyrexia. Ayurvedic medicines recommended for 4 months are- 1.Divya lakshmi vilas ras - 1 tablet with luke warm water thrice a day after meals in nasal congestion 2.Agastaya haritaki- 1 tablespoon with milk after meals twice a day. 3.Mix shankh bhasam and praval bhasam and take 5 gm of mixture twice a day with luke warm water after meals. In panchkarma, nasya is highly recommendable with Shadbindu oil or anu tail. Yogic exercises like savasan, sarvangasan, trikon asan, should be practiced to improve blood circulation alongwith pranayam like kapalbhatti, anulom vilom, bahastrika and bhramri only when there is no nasal congestion. Sooner the congestion decreases the appetite will increase by itself.
