Skin allergy in Sunlight

when ever i stay in sunlight about 5-10 mins i get severe itch and reddish in skin which are exposed to sunlight. it will take 1-2hr to become normal i tried allopathy medicines and alternative therapy like autohemotherapy suggested by allopathy doctor and also tried Ayurveda blood purifiers,but no effect.,i'm 26 male,i have this problem last 4 years after getting treatment for typhoid,malaria,juntice i were treated with antibiotics for that., most of the allopathy doctors and Ayurveda docters suggesting to avoid sunlight or sun screen lotions.,i want to get rid of this problem permanently.,please help, thank you
