Skin problem 
itch on leg sinces last 15 years.portion near fingers of leg get itched andafter sone time a red pustule appeared on skin ,liquid came out of pustule & skin seen like old man skin & black coloured ,thicker than normal.

Hello, Your skin itching since 15 years is very important concern to be taken care seriously. This may be due to fungal infection, this may happen due to many reasons like irregular diet and hygiene. Due to chronic history of smoking or diabetes may also main cause for this complaint. This may be due to paronychia which is having the symptoms like swelling, redness, and also there may be cellulitis, even there will be discoloration and collection of pus. Proper care to be taken like washing foot regularly, and dressing should be done if there is any kind of infections locally.
