Swami ji mai 25yrs Ka hu problem ye hai ki mujhe rat me nind hi nhi aati hai jiske karan mere face par kale kale rinkle ho gya hai iska koi upay jisse ki mujhe achhi nind aye iski bajah se mai bahut hi ajib dikhta hu aur log bhi mujhe bolte hai to sir apse request hai aap meri help kare please.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello, Sleep acts as rejuvenating agent for brain. Sleep deprivation has major health hazards. Before any medication, following changes should be implemented to have a healthy sleep. 1.Prepare a cozy, dark and clean room meant only for sleeping thereby allowing brain to relax and prepare itself to fall asleep. 2.Before bedtime have a foot massage with any oil allowing the body and mind to relax. 3.Fix your sleep time thereby fixing the biological clock of body and mind both. 4.Screen exposure should be avoided one hour before the sleep time. 5.Have a light dinner as heavy dinner will provide energy to brain thereby not allowing it to fall asleep. 6.Avoid smoking. 7. Apply rose water at bedtime to relax eyes and avoiding dark circles too. 8.Have luke warm shower or full body massage once a week. 9.Avoid exercising at night time as that activates the brain and thereby causes trouble sleeping. If possible have a shirodhara or shirolepa therapy at any nearby panchkarma center. Follow the above instruction for 2 months and then review.
