Sontinously miscarrage due to week cervix(cervical incompetence)

mera naam pradeep hai . meri shadi ko 2 saal ho gaye hain . meri wife shadi ke 2 month baad hi pregnant ho gayi thi . but unfortuntely in 6 months msicarrage ho gaya . hume pata nahi chala ke kyon. private doctors ne hume gumrah kiya. again my wife got pregnant after 8 months. but again in 6 months miscarrrage happen . after that this time again miscarrge happen for third time guru jee. PGI doctors says she is having week cervix problem . wo boltein hain ke bacchae ka weight hold nahi kar pata cervix aur without pain miscarrgae ho jata hai . guru jee kuch treatment batayee . kya ye ayurved se curable hai . agar hai to kaise kiya jaye guru jee. main bahut pareshan hoon aur aapka ashirwad chatha hoon . please help me
