every day i am suffering from different type of stomach problem ,& i am not feelling good & i am like to join in your ashram in haridwar,pls help me about my problem,

Hello,

There are many reasons for gastric upset. If you have irregular foods habits and indigestion problem, that may lead to improper digestion of food at certain levels and may lead to gas which may direct upward or downward and you may suffer from stomach problems.

If there is any stress related complaints, that can be rectified with yoga and meditation.

With the help of Indian system of medicines and balanced diet, you can get rid from this complaint.

You can follow good lifestyle which includes proper timing of food intake, exercises, consuming liquids whenever necessary.

Ayurvedic medicines and other system of medicines will help to reduce this complaint.

Avoid food items that may cause indigestion.

Chew the food properly so that digestive juices will help to digest the food properly and in result, there will not be gastric problem.

Consume lukewarm water regularly, if you have constipation, you can consume water which is stored in copper vessel overnight and consume in next day morning (about 2 cups). Carrot juice and spinach juice combination is helpful.

Avoid food items which may aggravate flatulence such as cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, okra, potatoes etc in excess.

Follow Yoga and meditation such as Mandukasana, Vajrasana, Sarvanagasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Kapalabhati Pranayama, Uddiyana-Bandha, Agnisar Kriya, etc are helpful. You can use Package medicine for Gastric complaint, Gaisantak tablet are helpful.

You can consume Santhigiri Regas, and Udarasudham are helpful.
