Gallstones are nothing but hardened bile. Symptoms are vomiting or nausea, pain abdomen, upper back ache and hyperacidity.

Though surgery is indicated in few conditions, with the help of ayurvedic medicines and other system of medicines, we can try to reduce the symptoms and in few cases we can dissolve the dissolvable stones. One can consume lemongrass or wheat grass juice internally.

You can consume grape juice and lemon juice.

Vegetarian food is preferable. Fibre rich food is indicated.

Proper yoga and meditation is also helpful for reducing gallstones and pain due to gall stones.

In order to correct digestion, one has to follow strict diet and consume plenty of liquids like barley water. Avoid spicy and oily foods.

Physical exercises are also very important.

In few cases, Panchakarma treatments are very helpful like shodhana karmas, like virechana karma.

Suggested medicines: Divya-Punarnavarisht, and Drakshadi Kashayam are helpful for the gallstone prevention. Pashanabedhi and Yashtimadhu usage is very helpful along with Godhan-ark. Consuming goat milk is very good for curing gallstones.
