Stone in gall bladder

As you state that your sister is suffering from gall stone and having pain all the time. This may be due to obstruction and leading to few symptoms like pain, upper back pain and acidity along with vomiting or nausea, few cases there will be occasional headaches. Due to improper diet and there will be imbalance of hormones.

In order to reduce pain abdomen, this can be reduced with ayurvedic medicines and alternative therapies.

Yoga and pranayama are very helpful.

As gallstones are hardened bile substance, this can be dissolved by trying with ayurvedic medicines and other treatments and even pain is well managed with these medicines.

You need to follow proper diet and can consume some herbal preparations like lemongrass, wheat grass juice internally. Prefer fibre rich food. Consuming goat milk as primary dietary source is very helpful.

One has to consume adequate amounts of milk and avoid spicy foods, and oily foods.

Do regular physical exercises. One can undergo Panchakarma treatments to correct digestion.

Pashanabedhi and Yashtimadhu are useful along with Divya-Punarnavarisht, and Drakshadi Kashayam for internal usage. You can also use Godhan-ark.
