Suffering Asthama and Piles

As you have chronic asthma and piles complaint, it is very important to take care and follow preventive measures and diet plans, and lifestyle modifications.

Asthma may occur due to lack of immunity power and due to allergies. Piles or hemorrhoids may also occur due to chronic constipation, and irregular lifestyle and diet.

For both complaints you need to boost your immunity power and consume foods moderately.

Kutajavaleh for consumption at night 1 tsp with lukewarm water.

Arshkalp is useful.

You can consume diluted milk adding with 5 pinches of turmeric and required amount of palm jaggery which prevents asthma.
