Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

Usually Hepatitis C stays asymptomatic for a longer period of time. Red eye is not generally seen as a part of Hepatitis C . However a consultation with an ophthalmologist is strongly recommended at this stage.

Initial symptoms of this condition include loss of appetite, weakness of body, pain over major joints and weight loss.Since you have no signs of hepatitis, you can consume the following medicines or consult an ayurvedic physician as there is a possibility to reverse the condition at this stage as well.

  • Drakshadi kashaya - This medicine available in decoction form shall be taken at a dosage of 30 ml with water twice daily an hour before food.

  • Amrithotharam kashaya - This medicine shall be taken 20 ml with equal quantity of water and shall be taken an hour before food twice daily.

  • Formac tab (manufactured by vedant) - This medicine shall be taken at a dosage of 1 tab three times a day after food.

  • Hepajaun capsule (manufactured by phyto pharmacy) - This medicine shall be taken at a dosage of 2 tab twice daily after food.

Follow these for a period of 3 months and review.
