Suffering from OCD

Sir,
I started getting involuntary sexual images in mind at the age of 16. Its always their, continuos,never ending and very much disturbing. I struggled a lot to control them, but it always increased. I never visited doctor or sought any help from others as i feel ashamed to talk about it. I am now 30 years of age and i still continue to leave with the problem. recently i came across this medical term OCD and realised i was indeed suffering from it. All these years i have avoided marriage only because of this reason as i consider myself unfit for marriage. I read more about OCD and found their is no permanant remedy for the same in western medicine.
I also suffer from multiple OCD, i frequently return home to check whether i have locked the door, and many more.
please suggest me if their are any remedies in Ayurvedic?
Also is it genetic? will my childerns will also suffer from this?
I am a pure vegetarian, i dont smoke or drink.
Please help me sir.
