Suffering from pile

I am 24 yrs old (female)weight-60 ,suffering fom piles from last 1 month,i also avoid all non-veg and spicy food and taking medicine and injection from my family Dr., nothing improvement once i stop medicine for 1 day again i suffering frm dis like irrigation,burning after stool passing,pain during move of stool,stool is not easily pass" 1)sunarin (ayurvedic capsule)-twice daily. 2)cremalax 10 mg- once in night. 3)ranitin-300 mg-twice daily. 4)bidanzen forte serratiopeptidase tablets 10 mg -twice daily. 5)daflon 500 mg-twice daily 6)ofloxacin 200mg & ornidazole 500 mg-twice daily
