Suggestiin for tiredness and memory power. this question feed

Hello sir, I am Druvaraj 24/M. I dont have any medical conditions except dry skin which is heriditary. I feel tired ,lazy and dull throughout the day. I feel like sleeping all the day. Please suggest me what should I do. I have stopped eating junk food for 2 years. I am health consious now. But cant get rid of the tiredness. Kindly suggest me what medication I should take.Also I have low memory power. Kindly suggest me for that too.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

You seem to be worried and taking lot of stress. If you take stress your metabolism reduces and you tend to sleep more and also you will experience more weakness. Try to follow proper regimen have a discipline lifestyle eat at proper time have good physical activities, Go early to bed and get up early. Try to calm yourself as much as possible. You can follow these medicines at least for 3 months.

Ayurveda Medicines

1.Brahmi grith 1tsp-0-1tsp with warm water before breakfast and dinner nourishes brain cells also contains essential fatty acids.

2Aviapathikara Churan 1/2 tsp-0-1/2 with warm water before breakfast and dinner. To maintain digestion.

3.Sarshvtarishth 4tsp-0-4tsp with warm water after breakfast and dinner. To improve memory.

4Chyawanprash 0-0 1tsp with warm milk after dinner. To improve energy level.

Diet

Reduce sugar, carbohydrate and caffeine intake. Avoid including candy, soda, bread, crackers. Take food containing essential fatty acid like flax seeds.

Yoga


Perform asanas like vrukshsan, tadasan, padahasthasan, sarvangasan, halasan, gomukhasan, mandookasan, vajrasan, padmasan, ustrasan, chakrasan, badhkonasan, shavasan.

Meditation and relaxation


Yoga nidra and dhyana with deep relaxation technique will be useful.

Pranayama


Pranyama like bhramari, ujjai, bastrika, anulom-vilom , surya nadi pranayama will be helpful.
