Sun allergy 

Hello,

Sun burns occur for the sensitive skin. So avoid long-term exposure to sun.

Certain home remedies can be followed to avoid sunburns.

One should consume proper and regular diet to pacify pitta.

Application of butter milk along with tomato juice in equal quantity and apply over the affected areas. Rose water and sandal wood paste are also beneficial for your complaint. Few drops of Vinegar in a water and application of cloth dipped in that water. Sandal wood oil application is useful.

In Ayurveda, sunburns occur due to aggravated pitta prakrithi, so in order to balance pittam, pacifying treatment can be done.

Aloevera and sandal wood application is also helpful for sunburns.

General pranayama and Yogasanas can be done to balance pitta and even for stress related complaints also.

Divya chandraprabha vati, chandanasavam and usheerasavam are also helpful for the problem.
