sir im 23 male havin this pain from a month and after consulting unani doc he has given me gold ash and other capsules and tablets . sir i think im suffrng frm epimydis my tube which is located behind the left testis is swollen and none of the unani doc medicine is working sir plz help me thrgh this...

Hello, There are many reasons behind Testicular pain. Since it is a vital organ, there will be dense innervations and the pain is typically severe if anything goes wrong with testis. It is mainly neurological-related problem. Many histories or causes such as past history of trauma, excess manipulation of penis or testis, any pressure effects, or any other illnesses, this problem may reoccur. Since you are complaining if there is any epididymis issue, or varicose complaint, there may be occasional testicular pain. After ruling out the appropriate cause, one should go for proper line of treatment. Even you need to check for any underlying causes such as hernia, chronic constipation, or any history of surgeries which may lead testicular pain. Indian medicines are helpful to overcome this problem along with yoga. Follow proper balanced diet and exercises. Consume sufficient amounts of liquids. There are certain yoga poses which help you reduce pain such as Sarvanagasana, Vajrasana, Anuloma-viloma pranayama, bastrika pranayama etc. The medicines like using Singhnad guggulu and Maha Yograj Guggulu are very useful medicines.
