As per your presenting complaint, there will be probability of hydrocele as you are mentioning that your scrotum is getting swollen with pain and you can recollect if there is any injury or any kind of trauma. Even in few individuals, hydrocele is also a causative factor for scrotal swelling. Hydrocele can be conformed with proper examination and if it is confirmed, appropriate treatment can be given and in ayurveda, siddha, and other system of medicines, there are certain therapies for internal usage and external as well. However, after proper diagnosis you can follow these medications and if your doctor says it is hydrocele, then you can consume these medicines such as medicines Package Medicine which contains Punarnvadi Mandur, and Kanchnar guggul, and Vriddhivadika Vati, for internal usage. For external usage, you can apply Dashanglep in order to reduce the scrotal swellings.

Avoid excess strain or pressure and if you have constipation, that should be controlled well with other medicines like consuming simple Triphala Churna one teaspoon daily at bed time with lukewarm water.
