namaste sir, sir according to u i will refer to petanjali yogpeeth but sir you said it might be a hydrocele but as the other surgeon says that it might be a torsion so any case it may be i want to know that is it possible to regain it and look like a normal man. also u said peralistic movement whats that? also it des not look like small in comparisn it is just like absent always you said no term like dead testies but it has been said that after torsion testies become dead please tell that if there is any possibility to regain that testies
