Testicle pai and urethra pain burning on uranation

i have sauch problem testicle pain urathra pain like bee bite burning on uranation urine urgency no impty blader back hip pain vivration on scurtom and hip . i went to the doctor even urologist but they could not find any reation casing this problem they test blood urine altrasound for kidney all are normal my medicile test r flowing HIV and antibodies NEGATIVE RPR VDRL NON REACTIVE ( DILUTION 1:2 ) URINE ANALYSIS COLOUR LIGHT YELLO TRUBIDITY CLER DEPOSITS NILL PH ACIDIC PROTIN NILL SUGAR NILL PUS CELLS NILL RBCS NILL CASTS NILL CRYSTALS NILL BACTIRIA NILL URINE FOR CS NO ORGANISMS ARE ISOLATED AFTER 48 HOUR BOUBATION AT 37 C MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION ORGANISMS AREVNOT FOUND PUS CELLS 1-2 PLEASE KINDLY ANSWER ME .
