Throat problem

Throat pain do occur due to many reasons like infections, fever, sinus complaints, viral infections, Bacterial infections, due to medication usage, there may be throat pain. You need to consult doctor for proper diagnosis. If throat pain is due to throat infections, there may be chances of throat pain. Even those who smoke may also suffer from throat infections. One should analyse these factors and proper treatment is given. Avoid causative factors, and see that if you have cold and cough, which has to be treated accordingly. Avoid consuming cold food items, spicy foods, sour food items which may aggravate cold and cough and sore throat leading to throat pain. One should consume lukewarm water which is very important and simple home remedy is gargling with lukewarm water with turmeric powder and salt for gargles. Even consumption of food should be warm. Following medicines are helpful for sore throat such as Sualiin for Sore throat, Divya Laxmi Vilas Ras, Divya Khadiradi Vati, Tulasi Powder are the medicines which are helpful.
