Thyroid and kanchanar guggulu

Please help me with these questions:
I have been taking synthroid (thyroxine) for 3 years and currently take 100 MCG, should i continue taking it ? or stop it ? Is there a side effect of taking both Kachhnar Gugulu and Thyroxine drug.
Also how many tables of Kachhnar Gugulu should i take daily ?
Please let me know.

If thyroid profile is normal then gradually you can discontinue the allopath medicine,before discontinuing, you can consult your physician. Kanchanar guggulu can be used safely along with allopath medicines. you can consuem once tablet twice a day after fod. with regards, Dr.Vijay. posted by ayurvijay on 12 April 2010 10:53
