Is kanchar guggulu not sufficient? When to take this medici9ne- after or before food? 2. You have asked me to apply lavana thailam- when should this be applied and where? 3. You said that my gland is not mimicking hypothyroid- what do you mean? does it mean that hypothroid is not caused by the malfunctioning of my glands? Thank you

Here is my diagnoses. What do you suggest? Sonographic examination was performed of the soft tissues of the neck and There is no adenopathy in the jugular territories. The subcentimeter nodule in the left lobe of the thyroid, favoring a benign lesion, has remained stable. There is a lesion occupying almost the entirety of the right lobe of the thyroid. This has progressed in size and, on the current study, measures 5.6 x 4.2 x 2.1 cm. Ultrasound-guided FNA biopsy of the heterogeneous dominant right thyroid nodule was performed using a 20-gauge needle, after instillation of local anesthetic under sterile conditions.
