Treating AOSD(Adult onset still disease)

ASOD is a systemic inflammatory disorder with unknown etiology with combination of symptoms like high fever, sore throat, polyarthritis, rheumatoid rash, and with abnormal hematology reports.

In Ayurveda we can consider it as a AMAVATA and along with Visarpa symptoms.

We suggest you to take an allopathy suggestion and as it is a complex rheumatological disorder, the line of treatment would be with Vata.

With the help of alternative therapies, you can control the symptoms, and progress.

However, one should follow strict diet, not to consume food items containing spices, greasy in nature etc. Avoid foodstuffs like cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, okra, potatoes etc, which may increase VATA in body.

As there are fever symptoms, we believe in Ayurveda that it is originated with AMA (indigestion), so we need to rectify diet and regularize digestion process.

Herbs and spices to like cumin, asafetida, fennel, coriander, turmeric, garlic, or ginger can be used in cooking.

Arthritis Medicine Package and Giloy Vati medicines are very useful for the condition.

Along with allopathy medicines, you can consume these medicines provided one hour gap between them. However, you can consult a physician personally and take an opinion.

Panchkarma treatments are also helpful for the condition.
