I have son aged about 11 years 9 monts with duchenne muscular distrophy. Present status is : unable to walk and stretch his legs fully. whether you have any effective treatment in his case. ( it is due to genetic factor )

My son is 7 weeks old . Dr has predicted spinal muscular atrophy which is a motor neuron disease which they said has no cure or treatment.
