Triglyceride reduction 
Namaskar,
I have triglyceride count 650, pls advice how we can reduce it to normal level 150-200.pls give me answer abt diet and yoga to do? I used to play tennies for 1 hr..

Expert's Advice:- Hello, Abnormal lipid levels in you may be due to many reasons among which, due to irregular food habits, and irregular or sedentary lifestyle. Even it may run in families as hereditary. As you mentioned that you have high serum triglycerides levels which has to be reduced well in time by consuming medicines and required diet and exercises. In order to avoid the risk of cardiac complaints, you need to go for primary checkups like ECG etc related to cardiac complaints. With the help of Indian system of medicines which include ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, and other system of medicines and yoga and pranayama, you can reduce the levels and maintain the levels in to normal. Pranayama will help you to get rid from dyspnea on exertion or breathing difficulties. Simple diet includes consuming oats, brans, and light food for digestion. You can consume frequent warm water, garlic buds boiled in milk (3 to 4 pieces), onion in little quantities, coriander water etc are useful. Avoid saturated fat foods like eggs, meats, cheese, butter, beef, whole milk, vegetable oils, or excess ghee. Regular physical exercises, walking etc are helpful along with yoga poses such as Vajrasana, Ardhamatsyaendrasana, Padmasana, Shalabasana, Sarvangasana, Suryanmaskar are helpful.
