sir, my baby is 7 months now. Recently i got my blood check up and found Triglycerides level as 366mg/dl. I am working women and i BF my baby only during early mornings and night. Why my TGL is so high, any remedy, Other tests are: Glucose FF - 80mg/dl RF- Negative Pls suggest some yoga asanas and medicines for reducing triglycerised

Hello,

There are many reasons for increased cholesterol levels. In your case, it may be hereditary, diet abnormalities, and irregular or sedentary lifestyle. After identifying proper root cause, you need to follow proper diet and food habits and regimens to prevent the raise in triglycerides.

There may be cardiac risks and to be ruled out by thorough examination pertaining to heart. With ayurvedic medicines, and other system of medicines, we can bring this under control along with yoga and pranayama.

Pranayama is helpful to reduce exertional dyspnea due to hyperlipidemia.

Consume oats, brans, and light food, fiber rich food, garlic etc. Garlic buds boiled in milk (3 to 4 pieces), onion in little quantities, coriander water consumption is helpful.

Avoid saturated fat foods vegetable oils, or excess ghee. like eggs, meats, cheese, butter, beef, whole milk etc.

Yoga poses such as Vajrasana, Ardhamatsyaendrasana, Padmasana, Shalabasana, Sarvangasana, Suryanmaskar are helpful.

Suggested medicines: Divya Arjunarishtam and Abana are useful.
