Hello doc... I am 27yrs old female married for 4yrs,trying to conceive and also suffering from moderate PCOD.Our all reports are normal,my tubes are open his sperms intially were low bt nw his motility n counts are ok.(by taking Q-gold and Lycostar)we have also taken 3IUI...bt no success nw someone has suggested us to take Ayurvedic medicine...for me it is Nari Ratan(Hope it will help in every way n ovulation too) and for my husband nutrilite Ginseng(Amway Product)..i also do yoga like pranayam n Suryanamaskar..shall me n my husband take these medicines.pls advice..thanks..Kanika
