treatment from Dr btra no improvement from three yrs as because dr suggest itz made of hard mass plz do reply as early as possible

Hello, As you have fibroid uterus complaint, if there is surgery indicated according to doctor, then you need to proceed for surgery. If the fibroids are smaller in size this can be managed with ayurvedic medicines and other alternative medicines. In your case, these fibroids are bigger in size and proper care has to be taken along with proper balanced diet and include fibre rich food, and habits. If there is any kind of hormonal imbalance, this has to be rectify with alternative therapies so as to rectify irregularities. Avoid consuming excessive spices, oily foods etc. Performing yoga and pranayama are very helpful. You can perform sarvangasana, Sethubandhasana, Vajrasana, baradhvajasana and anuloma-viloma pranayama are very helpful. You can also do Ujjaini pranayama and Kapalabhati under strict supervision. Package medicine for fibroid is very helpful for controlling the progress. If there is any dysfunctional uterine bleeding in excess, that has to be rectified immediately by using Ashokarishtam and Kumaryasavam together 30 ml twice daily after food.
