Turn black skin colour to white skin colour

Skin complexion depends place, gender, and even countries. Skin color depends on the distribution of melanin pigment in the body. Due to many factors like climatic changes, prolonged exposure towards UV rays from sunlight, contaminated water, pollution, humidity factors etc, there will be changes in complexion. If there is any kind of nutritional and electrolyte imbalance, there will be changes in pigmentation also due to hormonal imbalance.

After identifying proper root cause, one has to undergo treatment if necessary. Hence, follow proper balanced diet which is recommended. Indian medicines are very helpful along with diet and yoga and pranayama. Consume plenty of liquids in the form of water and juices. Avoid oily foods, spicy foods and add plenty of vegetables in regular diet supplements like omega-3 fatty acids, sweet potato, carrot, zinc sources etc, are useful.

You can consume herbal decoctions or infusions like chamomile, peppermint tea, herbal tea etc.

Flax seeds, legumes, whole grains, etc are natural sources for skin complexion.

In order to maintain skin tonicity, you can consume Aloevera juice internally and for application you can use Aloevera gel are useful.

Yoga for skin complexion like simhasana, sarvangasana, suryanamaskara, and anulom-vilom pranayama, surya bedhi, pranayama are useful as they enhances blood circulation.

Suggested medications: Divya Kaishora Guggulu and Divya Kayakalp vati, and Divya Mahamanjishtharistha and Divya Kadirarishtam has to be consumed in combination 30 ml twice a day before 30 m before consuming food.
