Dear Doctor,
I have been suffering from DHAT (unwanted discharge of semen with urine when going to discharge excreta)since last 12 years. I have taken so many courses by so many doctors. All them gave me some relief but can not stop it for then 15 days after the starting a new medicine. I have spent lots of money. It is now making me mentally sick because of this problem. ( I am married, If I have regular sex then it does not appear. But if I stop to regain menatl power and health, it started.) Before marriage also I took all short of medicine. but of no avail. It is affecting my immune system now. I want to preserve it for atleast 6 month to nourish my body and mind but this problem does not make me feel happy. I can understand the importance of SEMEN and good health to ones life.
Kindly provide me a very effective and sure medicine...
whole life I will be indebited to you.
